Adam Lancaster, UWE Bristol's Head of Strength and Conditioning, is putting on lifting workshops for UWE staff.
Using traditional lifts to develop overall strength and movement ability. This will be targeted towards beginner and intermediate abilities, for individuals who are looking to develop confidence in resistance exercises and the use of gym environments.
W/C 4th November through to 13th December.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm to 2pm at the Performance Gym in Wallscourt Farm.
The 6 week course is charged at £42 for 1 session per week or £68 for both sessions per week.
