This transcript will provide you with:

  • a confirmation of study letter
  • a certificate of credit, which shows the modules, levels, dates, marks, decision and credits achieved
  • a course syllabus, which includes programme and module specifications
  • training information relevant to your programme of study
  • any completion of application forms
  • international postage and/or recorded delivery.

Depending on your course, it will also cover:

  • a transcript of training profile (for Physiotherapy, Radiotherapy/Diagnostic Imaging and Occupational Therapy) which includes clinical practice information and hours of practice undertaken
  • a basic nurse training record (for Nursing, and Midwifery), which includes theory and practice hours, placement areas
  • a midwifery profile (for Midwifery), which shows clinical experience.
