Detailed Description

Georgina, an NFPS Level 3 Self-Defence Instructor from Live Safely Self Defence, will lead the session. She will demonstrate valuable self-defence techniques and guide you through each move. 

Participants will have the opportunity to practice these techniques under Georgina's expert supervision. After the class, join us for drinks and snacks!
