The training enables participants an understanding of how neurodiverse conditions (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Autism, ADHD) affect people in the workplace, and successful strategies to work with people from a strengths-based approach. It will equip you with a range of options and methods to utilise in ensuring everyone feels heard and included at work.
