Detailed Description

UWE Performance Sport is putting on lifting workshops for UWE staff.

Using traditional lifts to develop overall strength and movement ability. This will be targeted towards beginner and intermediate abilities, for individuals who are looking to develop confidence in resistance exercises and the use of gym environments.

Sessions will be every Monday @ 12:30pm to 130pm, starting W/C 20th April through to the end of May.
